A Naval rash?.... perhaps someone dropped the soap in the shower.

Be more descriptive!!!

Does the rash blemish, place a clear glasss over it and press the glas onto the rash see if it disappears, the rash could be anything but do the glass test if it don't disappear call your doctor if it does try some piriton could be a reaction to something

Do you mean that someone on a ship has got a rash? They should see the Medical Officer. S/he'll sort it out.

Okay well.... I have bumps under my belly but it is from the metal in my belt buckle. I know im allergic to cheap types of metal, so thats the cause for mine. If your experiencing something similiar, change belts, or just go without one for a few days to see it anything changes.

could be an infection in naval or allergic reaction from metal button on trousers??? hard to tell as you dont give enough info.
