Daniel 7:25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

Good question!
The obvious answer to who speaks great words against the Most High is of course Satan. He is also the one that wears out the Saints of the Most High by tormenting, murdering and the worse thing of all, deceiving the True Church of God into believing that what is in the Bible isn't as good for Man as what Man himself can invent and participating in Pagan rituals and traditions that God strictly forbids (Easter, Christmas, Halloween, Madigras . . . )
He is also the one who has altered God's Holy Sabbath from the 7th day of the week to the day of the sun (Sunday) changing the laws and times of God. "They shall be given into his hand . . . " The peoples of God are and have been and will be, for quite some time given into his hand and under his demonic rule.
The Roman Catholic Church is and has been a part of Satan's deception of the people, but it will have its day when as the book of Revelation19:2 says; "For true and righteous are His judgments, because He has judged the great harlot who corrupted the earth with her fornication; and He has avenged on her the blood of His servants shed by her."

No. That is what is going to happen when the Anti-Christ breaks the 7 year peace treaty 1/2 way through.
The "timeand time and dividing of time is 31/2 years Time( a year) times (2nd year) and dividing of times (1/2 a year).
The People left in the Great Tribulation are really going to get hit hard for those 31/2 years .Not only by the Anti-Christ but also because Michael throws Satan out of heaven once and for all.He hits the earth and he is pissed! Now he's in on the action and God jumps in and man ....you don't want to be there. Better to be saved and either be dead when this occurs or if you are alive get raptured (I Thessalonians 4 ).The word "Caught up" used in Thessalonians is the latin word "Rapture"(rapturos- grab,snatched away).

They are still working in the world, and I can't help but think that this antichrist who rides the great beast shall finally be healed from the deadly wound given during the Reformation, when the two witnessess (OT NT) were again given life by God working through godly men who laid their lives on the line to see that we had the bible in our own languages.

Daniel 7 is a prophecy about the end times. the "he" it is speaking of this the antichrist or "the beast" of revelation.

In God's view it's already passed. In our view it hasn't happened yet. The Antichrist is the one who is will 'speak great words.'

Satan, of course! This is my impression of it...this is the way I am interpreting it! I think that this is all going on as we speak, as Satan is trying to take hold of all who are on the earth, and succeeding.... especially those who aren't strong in the Lord!
