When you are asking a question and start to explain?

Some people don't always write formally. The way they speak is how they write. Just my opinion....I don't start with OK but I know that sometimes if I'm about to tell my friends something I'm excited about, I can start by saying something like, " OK you guys blah blah blah"...so then some people do that even when they are here...
