I am a 15 year old female. I am running 15-20 minutes a day (in the morning). Will and where should I see my body toning up? Should I have rest days? and if so, how many times a week? All I want is for my body to tone up and gain muscle, so if you have any suggestions they are appreciated! Also, is Ovaltine powder malt healthy? I put some in my oatmeal to get rid of the container. Thank you!

you should notice it first in below your waist, hips, thighs, legs. you don't need rest days, but skipping a day once in a while won't hurt. running is hard on your joints, so make sure you have good running shoes. after your legs get toned, you should notice the rest of your body changing. make sure you wear a sports bra AND a regular bra together when you run. ovaltine is healthy. drink water before and after running.

Hi young horsegirl!
The running good for the cardio, but if you wnt some muscle mass, you may want to do some light weights a few times a day, along with a good diet and plenty of quality sleep!
