Pork Chops (A tasty skillet pork chop recipe).
INGREDIENTS:
* 4 loin pork chops, about 1 inch thick
* salt, pepper, and flour
* 1 to 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 1/4 cup chopped onion
* 2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
* 3/4 cup pineapple juice
* 1/2 cup ketchup
* few drops Tabasco sauce
PREPARATION:
Combine flour with salt and pepper. Coat chops with the seasoned flour. Heat skillet over medium heat with oil; brown chops on both sides. Drain off excess fat. Combine 1/4 cup hot water, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, pineapple juice, ketchup, and Tabasco sauce.
Pour over pork chops. Cover and cook over low heat for 1 hour, or until pork chops are tender and thoroughly done.
Serves 4.

The Best Pork Chops Ever
4-8 pork chops (I use boneless)
white milk (up to half a gallon)
garlic salt
pepper
oil
Season pork chops on both sides with garlic salt and pepper.
In an electric skillet, brown on both sides in a drizzle of oil.
Add milk to skillet to cover chops and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 3 hours adding milk as it boils down.
Remove the lid for the last 30 mins to one hour and reduce milk to a curd/gravy.
Serve each chop with a spoon of gravy on top, or on the side. Enjoy, and watch them disappear.

Baked ;pork chops and pineapple
4 pork chops, flour ,salt, pepper,4 slices pineapple and juice
Place chops lightly floured ,salt and pepper on 4 slices pineapple.Pour pineapple juice diluted with a little water over chops.Bake in 350 oven untill chops are fork tender. chops can be turned over to brown. good luck .

4 med. pork chops
1 lg. onion, sliced thin
1 can beef broth
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch mixed in cold water
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. oyster sauce
Cook chops until cooked turning once. Remove chops in same pan. Add onions until glazed; put chops back. add beef broth. Simmer 25 minutes with lid on; turn heat high and oyster sauce and sugar when boiling add cornstarch with cold water stir until thick, serve over rice.
*****COUNTRY FRIED PORK CHOPS
Flour
Salt and pepper
Garlic salt
Paprika
Oil
Pork chops
Make a mixture of the flour and seasonings and put into paper bag. Wipe off chops with a damp cloth and shake in the flour mixture. Heat oil 1 to 2 inches in heavy skillet. Fry chops until nice and brown. After all chops are fried, drain oil and add enough water to cover chops. Simmer until chops are tender.
This seasoning is also good for spare ribs. Shake ribs in flour mixture; put in roasting pan and bake until tender and nicely browned.
************OVEN BAKED PORK CHOPS WITH STUFFING
4 pork chops/pork steaks
3 c. soft bread cubes
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/4 melted butter
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
Place pork chops in greased shallow baking dish. (13 x 9 inches). Mix together all other ingredients except the soup, and mound the stuffing mixture over each pork chop. Mix the soup with a 1/3 can of water and pour over the pork chops. Cover dish with foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until tender.
Hint: Put green beans or another favorite vegetable in one side of the dish and top with water or vegetable juice, and you will have your whole meal complete. Serves 4.

i fry mines like i do chicken u just season it the way you do chicken put in flour like you do chicken then fry .... whatever seasoning you use for chicken try it on pork chops

if you have lemon pepper seasoning, just sprinkle the chops both sides with it and fry on the stove top.

cook chop in oven or frying pan, then top with apple sauce and then top that with cheese and cook under grill, very nice
