The Bible says PROV 19 v 21 People may plan all kinds of things but the Lords will is going to be done.I read Deuteronomy 31 v 19 and God says that the people will get the food they want but they will turn and worship other Gods.So God knew what they were going to do.
Romans 9v14 God said to Moses I will have mercy on anyone I wish 16 So then everything depends not on what man wants or does but only on God's mercy.Read the rest of Romans from that point. It proves God is running this show.GOD IS IN CONTROL>HE IS THE BOSS>GOD IS WAY MORE AWESOME THAN WE CAN EVEN COMPREHEND

Interesting! Excellent question I asked also. Well u see, human beings really have no "will" per se. We only have choices. A "will" dictates the conditions and circumstances, whereas a "choice" is an acknowledgement of the circumstances. We cannot will ourselves to get rich- but we can choose from available options things that we think may be successful. Creation is a test for mankind. Man was created to worship his Lord. All the extra percieved hard work and blessings are simply aspects in a test of faith. Yes, God has all the plans drawn out, and He already knows all our decisions and choices far before we were borned, but our duty is still to choose- and choose wisely. For example- a man comes to u with a tray of assorted items. He tells u to choose any item from it, and that he already knows which one u'll choose. How he know's certainly would befuddle u, but had he demonstrated absolute knowledge of everything else, then u would see it as no surprise. God knows everything- what we reveal and what we conceal- and really, God wouldn't be in control of this earth if He did not already know all that was going to happen. I hope this helped.

There are essentially two asepcts to the bible, often confused by the intellectually stunted. The main thrust of the bible is to teach--to teach a certain way of life-a morality if you will. The other portion of the bible is historical context. You can not prove or disprove theology--the moral impertitive that the bible teaches--it is an is--an axiom-that fundamental assumption that one makes. The historical context of the bible is aspect of the bible is clearly the source of a lot of division and dissent. Can we prove some of the historical aspects of the bible wrong. Of course. For example, Google on "The Epic of Gilgamesh" to find the Babylonian epic poem about a great flood and a man who builds a boat and loads on animals--and find that this epic poem predates the Genesis story by over a thousand years. Clearly the biblical account of Noah and the Ark was plagerized from this account. Someone intellectually honest would say--hmmmm--perhaps this bears closer examination. Those intellectually stunted close the wagons up as well as the mind--I usually refer to those that worship the bible as biblilators. There are many such examples where there is conflict between biblical and historical accounts.

This is a meaningless question. You've already made up your mind to believe that everything that happens in the world is G-d's will simply because it says so in your book (a book written by fallible human beings BTW), so nothing anyone else says -- no logic or appeals to reason -- can possibly change your mind anyway.
And those of us who don't automatically believe everything in your book aren't going to be any more convinced of its validity simply because YOU say so.
You need to learn the difference between blind, unreasoning faith and "proof", my dear. Just because the Bible says so doesn't make it true.

True science agrees with the Bible.
Modern knowledge of quantum physics is finding out that what we think gives strong direction to our circumstances. The is shown in "the Secret" and "what the bleep do we know". Now these are both feeble attempts to tell us a researched truth however I am sure the authors would agree they are attempts.
The Bible actually shows in hundreds of stories and cases that God lets our decisions be genuinely creative and therefor uncontrolled by Him and unknown by Him.
Those genuinely interested can email me for my article on the Open View of God. It is packed with Biblical references not taken out of context like these.

This is totally false interpretation. But if you want to believe it then it is determined that you will.
No amount of truth from the Bible will change you. You are not asking a question that you want the answer to. You only want to show you are right. Your mind is made up.
If you want the other side, tell me I will be glad to oblige you and give you the truth...
Your view make God responsible for evil and unjust for punishing sinners.
Are you really thinking that stupidly?

Just because some book says that there is some being controlling everything does not mean that it is true. The only proof that you have to back any of that up is a single book, a SINGLE book. Other than this one document you have no evidence to support all of your absurd claims. Anybody can make up a bunch of lies and fairytales and put it in a book.

Before I accept the Bible as an authority on any subject, I need to see evidence that it is a factual book. As far as I can tell, after years of research, is the only evidence for it is locations and the civilizations it refers to, and many fiction books have similar evidence.

God says both, you have free will but then says you do not. Therefore god is wrong for you can not have free will if gods will be done over yours, and gods will can not be done if you truly have free will and chose not to do it.
