Depends on what time you deposited it on Friday, it it was after they quit posting for that day Saturday, Sunday and today don't count so it could be as late as Wednesday or Thursday.

Since today is a holiday, you will see the credit at midnight Tues.
Depending on the hold time of your bank (if there is a hold) the soonest it could be, is the same day (if deposited prior to the daily transaction cut off time, which differs with banks but is usually 2-4pm) or can be as much as a week later for the posting to clear and be available, all depending on federal bank holidays, weekends and your bank's deposit rules.
