you could have a abscessed tooth which will cause your face to swell & you to have a fever or you could have an ear infection which will do the dame thing. Your tonsils could also be causing this. You really should go see your doctor so they can get you on a antibotic, & give you something for the pain.
If it is an abscessed tooth you need to get to a doctor ASAP because if that abscess ruptures then you can get extremely sick & the infection can go up into your brain. SO this could be really serious, so please call your doctor & get in right away.

you could have the Mumps.
Mumps is a disease caused by a virus that usually spreads through saliva and can infect many parts of the body, especially the parotid salivary glands. These glands, which produce saliva for the mouth, are found toward the back of each cheek, in the area between the ear and jaw. In cases of mumps, these glands typically swell and become painful. Please click this link for more info xx

Your wisdom tooth might well be the cause. I do remember min coming out! A painful exp.
Whatever be it, there is one easy way to ease the pain.
Do you have 'cloves' at home?
Jus take one or two and keep it between those teeth. it becomes partially numb for some time
And since it is natural, it has none of the side effects that other artificial pain killers might have.

I am know doctor.. so I can not say what you may have. But I would see a doctor though to rule out anything serious. Sometimes you can have swollen glands too!
Go see a doctor and get a correct diagnose, alright?
Wish you good health!
