i know you should eat them everyday but should you eat them during a meal or after a meal and which is better for digestion?

bodybuilders/fitness athletes tend to save their vegetable intake for the time 6 hours after their workout just because your body needs less grain based carbs at that point and more starchy vegetable carbs.

it really doesn't matter though if you aren't training super hard and have the goals of a perfect physique. in fact as many veggies as you can cram into you per day is the best way to go. salads before a meal often help people to fill up on that first so they don't overeat when the actual meal comes.

Fruit in the morning. Always on an empty stomach. Vegetables should be eaten raw. With nothing else. Putting too many different foods in your stomach at once makes it hard for the stomach to digest. Get the book "FIT FOR LIFE" by Harvey and Marilyn Diamond. It has some amazing information.

As long has you eat them each day, no matter what time of the day, vegetables are good for you(epecially green ones).
