You have to sit at a light and then it seems you can't get away from them.

Yes and what's even worse is when someone drives by in the MIDDLE of the night with one of these systems in a residential area where they know perfectly well all the normal people are trying to sleep. These people must think that their music is just so cool that they want the entire world to know what they're listening to... very rude and inconsiderate, if you ask me!

Yes it does. I have a few people who drive through my neighborhood and they can make my bedroom windows vibrate a half a block away. It's insane. It makes me wish that all that bass would finally rattle something important loose.

I've never liked really loud music...it's always felt like it messed with my heart. I just get a really weird feeling in there when i'm near a very loud speaker.

Yes, that's certainly annoying. What's even worse is being in your own home, trying to take a nap and some person with the bass up in their car comes within a few blocks of your house and causes all the doors, shelves and furniture to vibrate.

Yes! That's got to be one of my Top Five Annoyances when it comes to being on the road. This is why when I burn CDs I always put some kind of country/Southern rock song on them, such as "Sweet Home Alabama" by Lynyrd Skynyrd or "If Heaven Ain't A Lot Like Dixie" by Hank Williams, Jr., and blast MY stereo. Because, let's face it, everytime someone pulls up to you blaring their music, 9 times out of 10 they seem like the type of people who HATE country!

Yep. And my neighbor's kids' coming and going is noticed by the whole neighborhood. My house viberates and booms before the kid's car even comes into sight..

Kid's gonna be deaf, if he isn't already. I don't know why his parents don't care about this. No way could the kid hear an emergency vehicle coming while he's driving.
