If i listen to "I feel like Dying" by lil wayne or Hail Mary by 2pac, songs that are pessimistic or related to death, will it ultimately come to me?

2Pac is my S H I T.

I think if you dwell on it everyday, all day, and thats all you listen to, then probably.

But here and there, nahhh.

Law of attraction is based on "expectation". In other words, you can watch a movie or listen to music and unless the "story being told" is one that you really resonate with and you EXPECT it to happen in your life, it will not.

Everything is vibration and your feelings are you indicator as to what is coming!

Most people know that movies are just movies and songs are just songs and therefore, unless you really embrace the information as part of your life, nothing can happen - otherwise, Steven Speilberg would have died a long time ago! :-)

That may depend on the person and their own stability. If they are unstable they could be influenced by what they hear. Just because I listen to songs like Motley Crue's "You're All I Need" doesn't mean I'm going to go out and kill someone.

Fernando Ortega

Take heart, my friend, we'll go together
This uncertain road that lies ahead
Our faithful God has always gone before
And He will lead the way once again

Take heart, my friend, we can walk together
And if our burdens become too great
We can hold up and help one another
In God's love, in God's grace

Take heart my friend, the Lord is with us
As He has been all the days of our lives
Our assurance every morning
Our defender in the night

If we should falter when trouble surrounds us
When the wind and the waves are wild and high
We will look away to Him who rules the waters;
Who speaks His peace into the angry tide

He is our comfort, our sustainer
He is our help in time of need
When we wander, He is our Shepherd
He who watches over us never sleeps

Take heart my friend, the Lord is with us
As He has been all the days of our lives
Our assurance every morning
Our defender every night

Take heart my friend, the Lord is with us
As He has been all the days of our lives
Our assurance every morning
Our defender in the night.

Of course the kind of music you listen to will influence your life.... just like all your experiences influence your life. If you are living in a very violent society where there is a lot of fighting and arguing and so forth it greatly affects you. Similarly if you listen to lots of violent music, it inures you to violence.

I'm waiting to be shot dead like John Lennon.
He inspires me. He influences me like nobody's business. But the gun-shot still won't come.

of course, if you are putting negative things into your mind, then negative things will come out. It also works the other way, if you put positive things into your mind, then positive things will come out. Listening to music with a positive message can improve your mood and attitude.

Only if you dwell on the content and draw parallels to your life and feelings. A general rule is that what you focus on is what you'll be like. If you focus on what you don't want to be, you tend to become it; so focus on how you want to be.
