God is close to me.
Once my life was a mess and I fell on my knees and cried out for help; I just asked God to help me.
I started reading the Bible; found it really difficult to understand, asked God for some more help. The Holy Spirit (our Guide) is the revealer, and opens up the Bible in a new and personal way for us to understand.
This was a huge turning point in my life. The Bible says "Seek and you will find" Matt 7:7
And I found......
And I searched......in the Bible
And I experienced.........in my life
And no body can tell me it's not real because I felt it. And I touched God!

To be honest, I feel both at times. Mostly, He feels close, but right before a mighty work or change in my life I feel distance sometimes and I know something is going to happen!

Close because I know that my father in heaven (God) loves me because I am his child and I feel that I can go to him with any problems or anything else in my life.

He is within all of us. If someone doesn't feel close to God it is only because they do not acknowledge that he is within them.

Nothing.
I'm past all the superstitious feelings I had for God. He doesn't exist, and I really have no more feelings for him than I have for Tinkerbell.

very close to me...there have been times in my life if i didnt have God then i prolly wouldnt of had anything at all!!!
