Depends on the day and the time of year.
We grill quite a bit, we're having BBQ pork chops tonight, baked taters and steamed broccoli.

I love to make pasta, either spaghetti or lasagna with my homemade sauce.

Also easy are Taverns/Sloppy Joes. I don't really follow a recipe. Just brown up the burger, drain, season with garlic salt and pepper, add in ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, Worcesthir sauce, horseradish, mix well and just taste to get it the way you like it, I like mine drier and spicy so I add just a bit of ketchup but lots of horseradish. Mix and heat through and serve on buns. IF you like them juicy, add more ketchup, sweeter add more brown sugar.

Also easy is BBQ pulled pork, just put a pork butt or shoulder roast in a crock pot, with your favorite seasonings, after about 2 hours dump a can of coke on it and some brown sugar, after 4 hours, take it out and put into a bowl and shred with 2 forks or cut into chunks and put in your food processor (works great!), drain the juice from the crock, mix the shredded meat with your favorite BBQ sauce (we love Sweet Baby Ray's ) mix well, return meat to crock and put on low and heat through, serve on buns.
