Skinhead (not skinhaed) has different meanings.
It can be "testa rasata" or "recluta" or "debuttante" or " teppista"
Words as "moonstomp" (passo della luna) ,"ska" (mixed rock and Jamaican calypso) and "rocksteady" (roccia ferma) can't be translated into Italian. I know what they are (steps and music of Jamaican origin, as per my son's information) but young people here is using just English terms.
Therefore this translation it's a mix of Italian and English

Paul ha fatto il debuttante (skinhead) nel passo della luna alla
Streatham di Locarno per lo ska ed il rocksteady

Far too easy. It's ..." Pauli, 'e danca lika **** downa Locarno'.

I hope that helps.
