You can only use E85 in newer vehicles that are designed for it, they will usually use a term like flex fuel, something like that. The ethanol is very corrosive, and will destroy the fuel system in any car that isn't designed for it.

Dodge did not start producing "Flex Fuel Vehicles" (vehicles that are E85 compatible) until 1998 model year. & even then the only vehicles that were FFV's were their mini-vans.
