You need to take a trip to the local pound and see the results of you letting your cat out to get pregnant. Just a week ago I saw a mom cat and 4 kittens set to be gassed the next day. If people keep breeding, there are that many less homes for those in desperate need. Take her to be spayed please. Be responsible.
Let me add that cats are not pretty when breeding. The female basically gets raped. She is at risk of catching a deadly disease from a random Tom cat. Please rethink this. She may already have caught something or have gotten poisoned while outside. Go to the vet for a check up and get her fixed while you're there.

It can be a few things 1 cats will eat grass that makes them sick and they also have allergys too being inside most of the time if the puke is clear it is sinus if yellow it's infection but most times it's from eating grass and 2 a cat will stay in heat till she gets it give it time if you want her to get prego but remember they will wounder off and have a good chance to get hit by a car if you know any one with a male cat let them come over or go there to keep it safe good luck

You take an inside cat and let it outside, which it is not used to, so it can get pregnant? What are you thinking? What you are doing could get your cat killed - by a dog, a car or a wild animal. She may wander off in search of mates and never find her way home.
Your cat may have gotten into something poisonous. Get her to a vet. And get her spayed. The cat overpopulation problem is horrendous and the world does not need another litter of kittens.

A cat in heat means that they are craving a mate, when you let the cat outside, there probably isn't any male mate available. What's causing her to get sick is she is probably eating something that made her sick. You should call a vet or bring her to one.

Cats through up when they eat plants. She is probably eating your grass or leaves that have fallen from a tree.
She could also be just coughing up a hair ball. All cats through up when they are coughing up hair balls.
Also you wont know if she is pregnant untill she starts to show, and she most likely wont get pregnant unless there is a dominant tom cat nearby (male cat).

Maybe a vet would know. Think maybe you should take her in??
I am sure getting advice here is cheaper, but do you really think people here can tell you what is wrong with your cat??
Maybe you should spay it too. There are already so many irresponsible owners out there.

you purposely let your unspayed cat outside to get pregnant??!!! do you realize that by doing this you are not only adding to the problem of overpopulation, but now you have put your cat at risk for felv and fiv. if kitty is vomiting now, it could be from anything. take her to the vet and while you are there, please make an appointment to have her spayed.
