If you took a drug test on Thursday at 1:30pm, when would they have the results to let you know if u passed? It was a urine test, and I was told 48 hours, that's why I asked. The test was taken at Lab Corp for a job.

If not using any drugs then nothing to worry about. They would have results by today if you were told 48 hours. Usually it is with a few hours they can tell, but it is a matter of somebody reading and recording results that takes the 48 hours. BUt today is monday and you took thursday....results are in.
However if they lost the sample from you or inconclusive results then they may ask for another sample. So don't go using any drugs....also poppy seed bread will give a positive opiate reading so stay away from poppy seeds prior to a drug test.

I can't give a definitive number of hours (minutes, really) but I do know that 48 hours is incorrect. When they would do random drug testing at work, they would stop you at the ER entrance, get a sample, and have you sit there while they did the test before they let you go to the floor to work. Didn't take long. Maybe the place that took your sample has to send it off to have it done. If they told you 48 hours, then you have to wait 48 hours, even if it is a 15 minute test.

couldnt u just look at the answers that were already given?
u will probally have results today...when they tell u 48 hours, most likely they are telling in terms of business days.
