i read in a book that olive oil soothens the eye so but i misread it and put like have a spoon of olive oil in my eyes. Then I just flushed it out with water. Did the oil go into the back of my eyes? will it affect the inside of my eye, right eye.

No, the oil can't get into the inside of your eye, nor get behind it.
You would be better off sticking to commercial eyedrops though, that you know are sterile in the bottle.

I tried to do some research on this for you however I could not find any information regarding olive oil and the eye. I would definitely advise you to stay away from putting any foreign objects and solutions in your eyes unless stated to do so by your eye care provider. The eye is a very complicated and sensitive organ and it should definitely be treated as so.

It cannot get behind your eye or inside of your eyeball. Please don't put food products into your eyes again. There is a high probability that they are not as sterile as things should be for going into your eyes. Stick with the over the counter solutions.
