anything cardio. basically anything that gets your heart rate up. go jogging (on a treadmill or outside) or take aerobics classes, or dance. there are a lot of things you can do to get your heart rate up, it's just a matter of keeping your body moving.

Cardio!! Find what suites you best for your cardio workout. It pumps the heart more and lets the blood flow better.

They state 30 minutes three times a week, where you break into a sweat. Could be walking, swimming.........
