In order to answer this, you've got to pay close attention to the question. I know some people will say you can bury the person anyway, it would just be a cruel thing to bury a living person. That only works if you assume the meaning of "living" to deal with a person's permanent residence. Then, it would be possible to bury a person living in Oklahoma in Texas.
If you take "living" as the act of being alive, then once you move them into Texas for the forced burial, they're living in Texas. In this case it's impossible to bury a person living in Oklahoma in Texas.

Yes they could be buried in Texas. But just imagine the terror as they slowly suffocate!

Most states find it to be a bad policy to allow people who are living to be buried. Something about liability.. hee hee.
