i got accused by a girl who accused me of raping her even low i was never there and had a solid alabi i got put in a childrens home for punishment for 3 weeks then let out becuase there was no evidence only her word she has gone round my area and told everyone i raped her to this day and i got badly beaten for what they belived was true even low a doctor examined her and said she had never had sex she was still a virgin the hymen was intact still it normally breaks when a women is penertrated this has wreaked my life and im asking people should i consider taking her to cort for slander?

Yes, you need to sue for slander. This is a serious accusation which resulted you in being wrongly treated! Do it now!

You can certainly talk to an attorney about it, since malicious prosecution and slander are definite possibilities here.

I don't know that you'd get much (any) money out of her, but I can think of something you'd want more.

The attorney should work a deal to settle out of court in exchange for:

1) A sworn, notarized, written statement from her that her allegations were false.
2) Her agreement to refrain from making any further false statements about you.

Yes. You should have done this 3 weeks ago. You will need the medical analysis from that doctor. Hopefully that doctor is reputable.
