It would fit, depending on where the windows and doors are. My bedroom is that size and I have a full size bed, two small dressers, small computer desk and a bookcase and there is plenty of room to walk around.

Yes a dresser and Queen bed will fit in, and you can walk around the bed, but just barely though.

No its not that big, one of my kids bedroom is a 10x12 and they he has a twin bed, 2 small chest, and of course toys. So the queen bed should fix with some room to walk, depending on the lay out of the room. Its gonna be tight though. Good Luck!

It can be big enough if you know how to arrange your furniture right,my room is just a little bigger then your and I have a queen bed, nightstand,a small table, my computer desk, a T.V. stand and a tall dresser and still have enough room to walk around in.
Best Wishes and Good Luck

No it isn't big, pretty standard. Dresser and bed should fit with space to walk around.

No, it is too small and there wont be any room left for much anything. It is possible to fit the furniture in it but it will look cramped.
Good luck

OK, No. A 10x11 sized bathroom is not big, either, but is an acceptable half-bath. I think you may have misinterpreted the measurements.

that's a small double room, the usable space may depend on where the door is
