in seneca falls ny courts they dont care if your kids father kills his self or not he still see his kids i am trying to fight it but i dont know how yet how can father get a way with everything and us woman get in trouble when we dont do nothing

If he kills himself, there won't be a need for the kids to visit. Like most people you didn't think about the person you were choosing to reproduce with. Get a better lawyer if you think the children are in danger. Just not liking your ex isn't a reason to punish him with keeping his kids from him.
