Decide What you want want to gain by not being so stressed?
Decide what do you want to be instead of being stressed? Then start to tell yourself you are in that state now. E.g if you decided you want to be calm instead of being stressed. Then you'd say,"I AM CALM".
Learn some breathing techniques to release stress. Every time you breathe in visualise yourself breathing in calm and everytime you breathe out see yourself breathing out stress.
You can do this with calming music in the background and you can even light a lavender scented candle if you wish.
Do this for at least 10 mins. Then in a book draw 3 columns. In the 1st make a list of all that you wish to do, in the second put a completion date of each task . The 3rd column is for you to tick each task as you complete it. On another page, you can draw up a weekly timetable, 7 columns, 3 rows. the columns for days of the week, the rows for morning, afternoon, evening. block out all the time already accounted for e.g school, chores, meals, sleep. Then look at the times available and begin assigning the tasks to the blanks.
Think about who might be able to help you and ask for their help
Chill out and enjoy the party!
let me know how you get on.
love, light, laughter

1Step One Take a few deep breaths, allowing your rib cage and belly to expand as you inhale. Exhale slowly.
2Step Two Seek a change in venue. Getting away from your work station, even for a walk to the water cooler, can help you collect your thoughts and refocus on the task at hand.
3Step Three Laugh! Read one of your favourite jokes or simply laugh aloud.
4Step Four Play with a stress-relieving toy or game like a mini-basketball hoop, dart board, foam stress ball or punching bag.
5Step Five Close your eyes and listen to soothing music.
6Step Six Visualize yourself relaxing at your favorite vacation spot or completing the big presentation with ease

stop thinking too much. find time to relax.
you don't need much time to do it. just close your eyes once in a while at your chair and imagine a beautiful scene or memory. stretch a little. breath air.
enjoy the food while chewing it. savor the taste and don't just swallow it.
and try some new things. change your route from home to school. or try to talk to people you don't usually talk to. any change would make you less tired of your everyday activities.

I find that when I have a lot of stuff to do, writing it down in a diary helps because i feel more organised and I can relax without trying to remember if i should be doing something.

the best thing to do is to take a second to yourself and just write down everything you have to do. even if it is a big list, once its down look at your schedule and try to do one small task when you have a break between activities. and then try to do the big ones when you have a big chunk of free time. that way you can get through your things easy and they seem small rather than big and stressful good luck

Take a bit of time out every day, breathe in deeply and just chill. Yoga is great, but if it aint your thing you might find a walk or a jog outside might clear your mind.
