I do the exact same thing and I have to be careful so I don't get the extra calories and gain weight, my suggestion is like one of the others, my craving is usually for sweets, so if I need choc..i usually eat a very small piece or some grapes or gum or sometimes even a small glass of low fat choc milk does the trick...good luck!

Chew gum! It stops you wanting anything else. If you do eat something after chewing gum, it doesn't taste very nice. A bit like when you clean your teeth then eat a choc bar. It really does work.
