that_guy_drew is correct -- There is a book of Tobias which is considered canonical by the Vatican but does not appear in the Protestant Bible. The name Tobias literally means, "Yahweh is good".
And considering that Toby is nickname, or comes from Tobias, I would think this name would have no direct connection to Satan.

not that i know of. if i remember right, there's a ''book of tobias'' in the apocrypha, but i've never read it.
