i'm in the 8th grade, every monday we have to attend club.. i met him there. he's in the 9th grade.. i really like him but i dont know what to do.. if i make a move.. he might not like me and i just might get hurt.. what should i do? i want to be really close with him so that at least we'll be really close.. and who knows we might get together.. so what should i do? i only see him every monday.. should i try to get his attention?? if so how can i get his attention? PLEASE HELP!! i am desperate but i dont want him to think i am desperate.. im not sure if i want him to know i like him.. he might reject me. WHAT SHOULD I DO? HELP

rejection is part of growing up, just learn to handle it like a lady. why not just walk up and say hi!

I agree with both G and Cheri, you can gain friends by doing the first move , however just stick first to being friends only. Focus on your studies, when you finish college and you"re a career woman that is the time you select a "bestfriend" among the people that you will meet.

You are in 8th grade focus on school and don't worry about being more than real good friends right now because you have soooo much more time for heartache and broken promises.
