I will be joining the Met this month. They have sent through two pension schemes for me to choose from- nuvos and partnership. I've tried reseaching but they are very complicated. Any advice on the best to opt for would be very helpful. Im 23. Unmarried.

Don't know either of the two schemes so I can only give some general advise ..

1) First off, every penny you save now is REALLY worth a lot more than saving later.

In fact, if you save 10% of your salary for the next 10 years & then stop, you are likley to end up with a higher Pension than some-one who waits untill 33 to start saving and then saves the rest of their life ...

Can't say it too loud .. THE EARLIER THE CONTRIBUTION, THE MORE IT IS WORTH ..

2) Second, the more your Employer puts in the better.

3) In the unlikley event they offer a Final Salary scheme, grab it with both hands ..
