It's a common thing for people especially me, Just don't worry a thing about it. It's when your moving around when your sleeping :)

Maybe you need change your sleeping habits a bit. If you sleep on your stomach get another pillow to sleep with. It will change your angle and if it's caused by bad dreams it might add some security to your sleep.

oh, I've dreamed/woken up to, beavers in my bed, little blue men running in place, spiders, mice, a boat about to fall on me, I was being cut like a cake. Once I even jumped on top of my husband while sleeping, yanked his hair, pulled his head back and told him "Try to get past me now"
Doctor says they are night terrors like people coming back from war have.
