white, silver, blue (light to dark if using as an accent color) and don't forget iridescent/sparkle. Maybe a touch of red and/or green to draw they eye but they should be small touches - a red long stemmed rose here and there etc....
Sounds like a beautiful wedding. I wish I could be planning this with you. I can picture how I would have the tables decorated, the chairs covered, etc.........

use black and white/ivory or what ever colour your dress is.
and for the decorations around the room, make it warm with candles, maybe even a fire place, and make sure the menu is a winter one to keep with the theme.
just keep it as simple as possible, use the warm textures, with old school glamour, (thinnk marylin munroe or wo ever around that era)
try to have a lot of soft lighting instead of main over head lighting.
if you cant have a fire place, go for fairy lights behind a thin dark curtain to have behind the bridal table.
it sounds odd, but it will loook stunning
useflowers such as roses, lillies, orchids, maybe even tulips with a soft colour. dont go for loud colours for a winter wedding, it looks out of place.
with the music, make it light soft and romantic, until the party music comes along. maybe even get the guests before the wedding (when you hand out the invites) to tell you trheir soing (if a couple) and have it played during the meals, and softly during the speaches. i did that. the guests really remembered it, and it was a nice touch. it made their day as well as ours.
and for a favour, you could also put all the guests songs on to a cd, and use it as a place setting, and a double it as a thank you gift.
just a few ideas. let me know if you want any more
i was going to have my wedding in winter, but ended up having it inn summer
good luck with every thing

White silver and midnight blue or white silver and wine

Both look great especially for a winter wedding.

Use glass as a decoration too. It will go great as well. You can find snowflakes and incorparate those, maybe find some silver ones to spread on the table tops. Small ones, like confetti style?
