I've had turkey eggs and I'm pretty sure I ate emu egg when I was really small (which is kinda naughty). I don't remember what the emu egg tasted like but Turkey eggs taste pretty much the same as chicken eggs, but are a different colour yolk and harder to crack open.

I also ate duck eggs, they are slightly bigger than a jumbo hen's egg.
An egg is an egg is an egg.
Outside of size all eggs are identical. The color of the yoke has to do with what the animal has eaten.
