Since you have sensitive skin, do not use a scrub daily. Use it once or twice a week.
As for products, consider ones w/ salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide.
My favorite salicylic acid face wash is Aveeno Positively Clear Daily Cleansing Pads. The pads have a smooth side & a textured side for extra exfoliation. The cleanser gets rid of oil w/o drying out my skin.
Oxy10 Face Wash is a good product. It can be drying if used every day. I use it as needed - whenever my skin feels extra oily or I'm breaking out.
BTW, I have sensitive, combination skin & am prone to breakouts.

Dry and/or greasy skin due to poor oil composition of the skin. Thick greasy oils clog pores, lack of oil leads to dryness and irritation. You need thin oils to moisturize while dissolving and clearing gunk in your poors. Try fish oil or seafood. 2 tsp fish oil a day or 4 servings of seafood a week. Stick it out for at least 2 months; it will take a long time to replace all your oil. Any effect after 1-2 days is temporary or random; so even if it makes you break out a little at first, you haven't given it a full try yet.
In the short term you can wash and moisturize well, but that will only go so far. Plus excessive washing can be drying and excessive moisturizing can be clogging. Use a small amount of a light moisturizer, made with oil not jelly or grease. Often that means soybean oil or mineral oil. Mineral oil means mined from the ground. So soybean oil is usually better, though mineral oil won't cause too much harm. Clean with soap and water, not a harsh acne cleanser. Even then they only work so well. So you really need the seafood.
Antibiotics aren't really good for bacteria long term, they'll come back in force after. Short term they may help. After you get off them find some kefir with acidophilus listed first or 2nd to replace the friendly bacteria they destroyed. Studies show less illness when you have these bacteria, even outside the stomach in places such as the lungs and elsewhere. You want friendly bacteria to fill the void when the antibiotics stop, not harmful ones.
In the short term you might also try 100,000+ iu retinol vitamin A (a megadose, and too much for normal use) or one of the acne drugs that is similar to retinol vitamin A. It's some minor harm to your organs, but it helps against bacteria on your skin. At least it doesn't have the other long term drawbacks to your skin that antibiotics and many scrubs do.
If you would like to learn how to treat your acne permanently and regain your health and wellbeing, without drugs, without typical acne treatments, and without any side effects, then this will be the most important letter you will ever read.

Well, first thing(s) first. Everyone's face is different. And the difference lead to varied actions that might be able to occur. I'll suggest that using the most gentle cleanser is the best for everyone. Not just people who have oily skin. Strong cleanser(s) can over-drying your skin which leads to irritation and it makes your skin worse. If that gentle cleanser still makes you feel oily, So pat dry your face and wait like two minutes. Your skin should be completely comfortable. But if it's stil feel oily your can double wash it with or without cleanser since all/most of the dirt has gone, so the point at this case is just to get rid more of the oil. And keep your skin well-moisturized, but also not too much. Oily skin may caused by lack of moisturization, too. Eat more water might help a little. Hope that I helped! Good luck!

Glytone. Best. Stuff. Ever.
It cleared my skin in a week, and now, 4 months later, I still have crystal clear skin! It's not cheap, but it's worth it, and it works. There is obviously no cheap over-the-counter skin product or everyone would have clear skin. This is formulated with glycolic acid, and it will transform your skin to brand new. It's amazing, I suspect it's a celebrity secret.
You can buy it online, at a dermatologist's office who carries the line, or at a cosmedical spa. I found it through yahoo local by typing in glytone.
ps- the first week will be irritating (some burning and stinging) while your skin builds a tolerance for glycolic acid, but it's worth it.
Also, I've had the same two bottles (mild gel wash and rejuvinate lotion step 1) for four months and they're not empty. So in the long run, it's only going to cost you about $10 per month, therefore not expensive. =)

When my son got skin rashes, my derma recommended Cetaphil or Physiogel Soap, but it's a little expensive. But you can also use baby soap or any mild soap. You should not scrub your skin, it will only irritate your skin. For your acne skin, I also recommend Dr. Kauffman sulfur soap. You can use it everyday and a lot cheaper than cetaphil. My son is now using it and it works.
