For last 2/3 days I'm getting popups captioned Virus Scan Alert which follows as typed below :

1) Is your anti-virus software updated? i.e. Have the virus definitions been updated? If not, update it & then run a scan.

2) Does the software give you a virus name? If so, do a search for another remedy if your updated software scan doesn't work.

Go for Avira AntiVir Personsl Edition Classic.

It is the best and free one.

download this freeware asap. spybot-search & destroy. there are many site offering this freeware but i like the one from CNET.com best. best of luck,,,& dont be naughty & go to those naughty sites,,,thats where u prolly pickup the malware.

the only thing i wud advise to do a system restore for this purpose........
go to
start /
all programs/
accesories/
system tools /
system restore
restore it to an earlier point n see d magic!!!
