I'm at a park of some sort, there are big moonwalk like things-you know, the inflatable toys. Except they're only half full with air.
There are 5 girls jumping on the middle inflatable, one is my sister, one is a mutual friend, and the others are acquaintances. I, in my dream, walk over and observe them, laughing. They sit down, slightly exhausted. Our mutual friend joking pulled out a sword and was messing around with it. She then started to pretend to slice my sister's neck in half with it.
I told her to stop because if she slipped and actually killed her, then I couldn't stop myself from going to the police. She then swung back, and decapitated my sister, looking calming at me, saying "Who says I'm going to stop you?"
I panicked and ran upstairs into a house that apparently just appeared there, and hid in a crook in the wall of a bedroom, trying to stop crying.

And thats where it ended. Sorry its a bit long.

If this is a one-off dream, well.....relax and forget it.

However if this has been occuring again and again then it may mean that....You are surrounded by many people around you who "pretend" to be your friend and will be with you when you are happy. But when you need them, they may not be around. Also, the people around you may not be as nice as you think them to be. They may betray you.
And probably you dont have enough courage to face this and try solacing in crying.
Nothing to worry though. Try changing the environment you stay in, try making new friends who can be more trustworthy. Create happy feelings around you. The dream should disappear.

I read and learned from our psychology subject, that dreams are the manifestations of our subconscious level; our real fear, real desires, real need, that is being covered by our consciousness, our mind. If this dream occured once only, there's nothing to worry about, it's just one of those nightmares that come in our sleep
But if it occurs often, i mean you dreamt about it very often, then you have to think twice. Perhaps it's one of your past that you want to forget by way of just ignoring it, or a past that you have experience during your childhood that you can't remember. Whatever it is you have to consult a psychologist. It doesn't mean that you are insane. Not all people who visit a pyschologist are mad people. It just that sometime we need professional help to lighten us what is really going on.

Pretty detailed. I'm thinking you are not sure about the mutual friend, you don't really trust her or think that she's such a great friend, perhaps? Or you're just concerned for your sister? Or you feel that you have let your sister down in some way?
