Nicotine stains...PERIOD! it is not going to stop because you use a different brand. Look at old men with mustaches that are yellowed from nicotine and they still wash their faces.
I would use a salt and lemon mixture. Also try to coat your hands in vasoline at night. Put some gloves on or socks over them but make sure you put so much on you feel gross. Vaseline will help get rid of the old skin to produce the new unstained skin.
If you think your fingers are showing signs of unpleasantness then check out your lips. After ten years you should definelty be seeing cracks around your lips. At night you need to use Crisco lard and just put it all over your lips as thick as you can stand it. It wont retard the damage completely but it will help them from looking so bad so quickly.
If your lips are not showing these signs yet then know it is soon to be coming so start protecting your lips NOW.
Your skin will become grayish and gator like too. There is a smoking lotion kit you can buy at wally world. I forget what it is called but it is designed to stove off the gray aged look on your face. You really need to start this now as well. If you can't find it then I suggest you use Olive oil on your face after you wash it at night. A small amount and make sure you massage it in circular motions until it is obsorbed. Get your neck as well.
Your hair will lose all it's natural luster in time but nicotine rushes it like a marathon runner. I would use some really good conditioners and at least once a month a stripper to take out all the nicotine from your hair. Washing alone will not do it. But don't forget to put the moisture back in with a good protein conditioner.
Oh and if you balk at what I have said then take a look at all the people who smoke that is your age and older...look at their faces, hair and hands. Your eyes wont lie to you even if you think I am.
LOL can you imagine, with all the stuff going on with your outsides....... what your insides must look like?....... And geesh the only thing you can do to clean them up is to stop doing it, which you don't want to do.
I remember when I quit (cold turkey by-the-way cuz seriously when your done...your done) My skin seemed to bleed nicotine for weeks. I was so yellow and I stunk every morning when I woke up. Thank GOD it finally went away. Now it just makes me sick to think of what I did to my body.
But then again, you can't understand that till your out here with me...gazing into the nicotine looking glass

You need to find a hobby that keeps your mind off smoking. It's a good thing you were smoke-free for 10 years - it takes about this long to rebuild healthy lung tissue. But the fact that you are back to it, your lungs will be right back to where they once were. You need to do research and see what will work best for you. If you use the pill, think of the side-effects it may have, such as addiction, reliance, etc. But think of what it can do and help you break this nasty habit. Be sure to ask the doctor if addiction is a major issue when taking this supplement. It really isn't a matter of what you can take to help you quit, it's a matter of believing in yourself and knowing you can be smoke-free for the rest of your life. You need to think of other things besides smoking for comfort. Watch a movie, exercise, hang out with friends, get another healthy habit to take place of this bad one, etc. It's difficult forcing yourself to not rely on smoking. You have major withdrawal at first, but you have to keep telling yourself you can do this and you can quit. Believe in yourself and you will succeed.

Well, that is one of the consequence of smoking. Sorry, not to offend you, but u choose to smoke, and u just have to accept the side effects. The marks on your hand is just the outer / external marks. Do u ever think of inner / internal marks...as in your lungs, your throat. What about your skin condition especially around your lips and your facial features?
If you can stop the smoking is the better. Try to quit slowly though. It is for your own health.
I pray u can quit smoking....please take care of yourself.

I'd say try to wash your hands a lot after you smoke. Or try holding the cigarette with other fingers.

Wouldn't you rather just quit before you stumble upon any other problems?
