ive noticed that smaller people tend to have smaller faces? is this true? like if you weigh more, and ur a bigger person will ur nose be bigger as a pose to being smaller? it seems like u can take a bigger person someone not huge but an average build and u can get them to lose weight and become a very light person and it would seem like everyhting would shrink on them facialwise : e.g smaller nose., cheeks, mouth, eyes etc so just looking for some input on what u all think thanks in advance

no its not true. but if you see someone fat, and then skinny in the next few months there nose may appear larger but it wont get smaller or bigger most facial features contain fat but hardly any at all so its hard to get a fat face unless you are over weight its not true at all i dont know where you heard this.

its basically impossible and if it did happen, it wouldnt be noticable changes, besides the cheeks.
and if the person is fat enough they might have fat on the side of there eyes and above them like around there eyebrows but thats about it the actual eyes and cheeks are not shrinking or growing they are just losing fat and you can see them better
