need help with hook?

I want to move the hook that is in the ceiling of my oldest girls room to my youngest girls room so I can hang something on it but it is the kind that you first put the part with the screw into the ceiling to anchor it then screw on the hook part, is there anyway to take this kind of hook out?

The anchors are generally not removable. If you did manage to get it out it would leave your drywall a mess. These are not expensive at all. Just head on down to Lowes or Home Depot and get a new one.
