My son was born with Hypospadia and had to have two surgeries to correct the problem.
It was absolutely heartbreaking what he had to endure at such a young age but the doctors were able to repair it and now that part of his body is normal.
It can be fixed its just a really hard thing to have to go through because his penis will swell up like a balloon after the surgery and you'll have to keep it clean and keep giving him his pain medication also you'll have to make sure his diapers stay fresh while he's healing.
If I were you I would have the surgery done so your son can live a normal life if I hadn't had the surgery done for my son he would have ended up urinating on himself every time he went to the bathroom.
And sex would have been out of the question for him when he grows up and gets married.
But everything will be OK and its not the end of the world because it can be fixed.
God bless you and good luck!
