I have always breathed through my mouth I find it hard to breath through only my nose. Is there something wrong that it is difficult for me to breathe through my nose or is it normal for someone to breathe through their mouth regardless

Nose whenever possible. Whenever I get a cold I usually end up getting addicted to that Afrin nasal spray because I can't stand not being able to breathe through my nose. Now I use Nasonex and that works ok.

i might circulate to an Ear nostril and Throat Dr. if I have been you. There could be some hassle-free suggestions on your situation. feels like respiration by way of one's mouth might subject them to germs and irritants extra advantageous than the nostril which has a filtering gadget made from hairs and stuff.

My daughter, who had her tonsils (but not adenoids) removed almost two years ago, told me that it's now much easier for her to breathe through her nose.

i don't think that's normal i guess you should see your doctor as they can evaluate if you have something wrong.
Sometimes Ive heard that for example for sinuses they have minor surgery to correct it.
I breathe from my nose, only when I have the flu or something like that that i breathe trough my mouth.
