Last I knew, they had jacked the price up to $364.00 for running a red light (if you get caught, camera-wise or otherwise). It may even be higher now.

Don't panic. Red light camera tickets are the easiest to beat. First thing to do is wait for the citation. If and when you get one, check the postmark. If it is postmarked more than 15 days from the date of alleged violation, you WILL defeat the ticket on a technicality. There are many other factors that will help you beat the ticket. Go to www.highwayrobbery.net for further help. Remember to utilize your right to a TBD (Trial by Declaration). If you happen to lose your TBD, you can get a second trial (Trial de Novo)

Probably $200-300. Depends on the city.

Each city has its own system of fines. It's not uniform across the State. OK, you ran the light and you were probably photographed in the act. Be prepared to pay up.

Go to traffic school, pay whatever the fine is, but keep it off your driving record.
