A worker is raising a 9.2 meter long ladder of mass 53 kg as shown. Knowing that the force exerted by the worker is perpendicular to the ladder determine
(a) the smallest value of 'a' for which the vertical component of the reaction at B is zero
(b) the corresponding force exerted by the worker
