well there is no best way... and no easy way to get over someone that you really love. trust me i know how it feels. but i find that it is easier if you look at what you could've done better and when you find the answer whatever that is. no matter if you was innocent or... guilty. you'll know what to work on. next you need to be with friends for a long time so that you can relax be yourself and laugh... laughing helps a lot!!! trust try it. i doing that right now. even though i'm feeling lonely i'm still thinking of her. but i try to be myself. happy... so be yourself, relax, and laugh.

You don't. It gets over you. In a year or two (it takes me that long, at most), you'll be off lusting over some other person or finally hooked up. These things take time, and though it may feel as if you'll never shake the weight of lost love, you will overcome. Such is the nature of human spirit. :) I believe in you.

simple. Just find some other guy that's way cuter than him to be your boyfriend ( not a crush ) because you don't want to be repeating the same thing over with the next guy. So, my advice to you is to get your self a better looking boyfriend!
