That is a lot of weight! Just eat healthily, and keep eating, don't stop, because if you just don't eat then your metabolism slows down and your body starts storing food. And exercise like crazy!

Wow!!!!! That really is a lot of weight to lose in 2 weeks. It's always better to go the slow and steady way. Remember the proverb 'Rome wasn't built in a day.'

But in order to have a notable weight loss within 2 weeks try the following:-

a) Avoid chocolates, sweets and anything that contains processed sugar.

b) Take a multi-vitamin, calcium tablet and drink lots of water. (Drink only water and tea without sugar)

c) Try to get your proteins from beans and lentils and low fat yogurt. For faster results avoid meat and chicken. Being a vegetarian will make you lose weight faster. But remember to get your proteins and B12(this is normally found in the multi-vitamin)

d) Eat lot of fruits and vegetables.

You would have to lift your own weight for 30 times every day to loose that much. So as you can see is not that easy. Just do some cardio and drink watter in a disciplined manner and you will see result in two weeks but take it easy!

go atkins. no carbs. when i tried it i lost about 5kg in little less than a week. plus exercise every day. take laxatives.
I'm sure what you need to lose so much weight so quick but in powerlifting we would put on about 5 layers of sweats and run around right before weigh in and that would lose about .5-1 kg in about 45 min. but that was just sweating out the water in your system. not body fat or anything.

10 kg is 22 pounds. The only way you are going to lose that much weight in that short amount of time and live is to cut off a leg, and that's the truth; sorry.

That's more weight than one can healthfully lose in the time alloted. You could healthfully lose 2 to 3 kgs in 2 weeks.

You could get rid of a major body part, like your arms or legs.

OKAY, first of all, 20 pounds in 1-2 weeks is physically IMPOSSIBLE!
Do it the right way.
