I don't agree with their beliefs , but have to give them soooo o much credit for the way they conduct themselves. I seriously had more influence to be a better person from them than any other religion (besides Islam) ..........

I agree with you. Mormons have family values and a sense of decency about them that few have in this day and age.

The only Mormons I know are from here (R & S). They do seem like nice people, though one of them does have an unnatural number of crushes. I won't say what her name is, but she also has this strange attraction to Chuck Norris.

Thanks, given how many bashes we get all the time on here its nice of you to say that.

lol allie

judging people while calling them judgemental
its classic
Hey allie if you look at the answers to soooo many questions directed at mormons you will see just how judgemental other people are. Mormons dont condemn everyone else to hell. In our articles of faith we specifically state that people should be able to worship who how and what they will. Compared to most christian religions we are one of the very least judgemental christian religions out there.

WOW third compliment to our religion posted today...

Cheers for that!

For the dude that said we think we are superior, I need to correct you. We don't think we are superior. We know we are!
In all reality I do suffer from an inferiority complex. Yeah I cannot seem to understand why everyone is so inferior to me...

Hey we are not perfect. Some of us do think we are, but when it all comes out we try, and sometimes fail miserably, but at least we put forth the effort.

I know only a few Mormons; some here, at R&S, and some in "real life". They all are very nice people :)

The ones I work with are very nice to me. Other people say they don't think they are nice. I think their beliefs are rather strange, but, I don't discuss that topic with them and we get along fine.

Did you know how much humanitarian aid they supply all over the world. They have a partnership with the Catholics. But you don't hear about it in the news. Bummer too.

Did you know that they are encouraged not to go on state welfare in their times of need? Instead the church takes over their expenses and feeds them through church welfare program. Pretty cool huh?!

Did you know that they don't smoke, drink alcohol, or use illegal drugs? They also encourage their members not to watch rated R movies and not date until they are 16?

I am a member, and I am glad I became one before I had kids. I can't imagine trying to raise teenagers in today's world without these values!

GO LDS!!!
