Though there are not many gray hairs (maybe 1 to 5%), it's to the point when they are visible and makes me look older, and my hair--worse. What light treatment, that is not tough on hair, would you recommend?

The only thing you can do would be to dye your entire head of hair. Because if you only have a few, not trying to be funny, but you can't just pick out the gray ones and dye them. Just start dying your hair. It is not a problem.

It is premature greying. It is hereditary. But scientific studies prove that tensions, stress.mental worries result in early greying. You can avoid them. Some harmful hampoo causes hair greying.Use only herbal shampoo.Vitamin deficiencies, poor nutrition are other causes ,consult a doctor.Taking zinc(Zeevit) supplement will slow down greying. If nothing works use hair colour.

get your hair colored at the salon..... there's no other way to make them vanished..... those gray hairs will keep growing even if you trim them of your head....... get a regular henna treatment.
