I know this question sounds ridiculous, but it is 100% true. Today I purchased a bag of Trader Joe's Pretzel Slims. The ones that look like a flattened out pretzel chip. This is the first time I have had them. After only about 4 "chips" one of them stuck to my lip and when I tried to remove it, I pulled the skin off and it hurts like crazy. Like if your tongue got stuck to and ice cube. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Thanks alot.

I've had a similar experience w/ those TJ's pretzel thins - it stuck to my lip a bit but I was able to get it off w/o loosing any skin. I think they are coated w/ something to make them shiny & that leads to them sticking.
I still eat them but I have a beverage nearby. : )

omg! that's kinda scary. watch it carefully. I've never heard of anything like that and what could cause that. If anything gets wierd on you go to a dr. somebody could of put something in them. I mean really what's in a pretzel that could adhere to your lip? Nothin i cook with and ive worked as a chef. lol im not trying to scare you but be causious.

yes that happen to my sister 2. I don't y it happens with those Pretzels but my sister still eat them.Her lips were chapped when that happened.
