I dated a guy about 4 years ago for about 5 months. We only had sex twice in that time. He was older than me (about 18 years) and I quickly decided the relationship wasn't right for me. But, after 4 years, he still calls me at least twice a month. He still tells me that he loves me and wants us to get back together. I haven't initiated contact with him since I broke things off 4 years ago. I'm in another relationship now with someone I think I could marry. I don't want anything to do with this man, but he won't take NO for an answer. He rides by my house. He calls me at work. He calls my cell phone and blocks his number. I've changed my number more than once, but he always manages to get it somehow. I don't know what else I can do to make him understand that it is OVER between us and that I DON'T LOVE HIM! What else can I do? I really need some good advice.

next time he calls tell him to never contact you again in any way. tell him if he does then you will call the police and have him arrested for stalking and harassment.- do not say anything else and then hang up- if he contacts you again after that, by phone - do not talk to him but do keep a record of the date and time he called, if by letter or note- keep the note and keep track of the date and time- in person- seek safety any place you can, do not talk to him- call the police immediately if he has any contact with you at all. Get a restraining order or order of protection.

My best suggestion is to get a restraining order against him, he is stalking you. Go to your local courthouse and ask for the paperwork to get a restraining order against a stalker. Once you fill it out and return it, a judge will review it and either grant you a temporary order until it goes to court or he will deny it. Good Luck.
