Im pissed at this guy im kinda seeing and i dont know if i should be or not.

he has a cousin who hates me.
and tells him all these lies about me; saying im too emotional and mean and get aggravated really easily.

and the whole time he is telling me its not true. but to me it doesnt matter cuz he isnt defending me or nothing. He is just listening to what she is saying and then telling me.

And the thing is; she doesnt even know me. Like ive met her twice. and she only talked to me for like 10 minutes the first time i met her.

DO i have a right to be mad?

At least he's telling you and not hiding it from you. He obviously has some morals! As for not defending you, I can see how you would be mad! but if you look at it from his point of view. he's stuck between a rock and a hard spot. his cousin which is family and his girlfriend, which is someone he cares about! You have a right to be mad yes, but also cut him a little slack. And just calmly tell him that it hurt you that he didn't defend you!

Yes, you do. If he loved you, he would defend you. That just tells me that he is not totally dedicated to you.

you have a right to be mad at his cousin, but you have no right to be mad at the guy he is only trying to protect you bc he cares
