the similarities are that drug use is considered
bad by most nations: and alcohol is one of those drugs.

i would not say drug laws are similar all over the world,.....in the U.S.A. it might mean prison, depending on how much you got caught with, but in some other countries it can mean death no matter how small amount you have,.....

how do you know pt is harmless? the jury is still out on that..
Most country's know it's hramfull to the young mind.
if you put out the blunt you might see it also.

ALL LAWS ARE DONE BY LEGISLATION. LEGISLATURES ENACT A BILL THAT THEN MIGHT BECOME A LAW.
ABOUT DRUG LAWS THEY FALL INTO A FEDERAL LAW OF THE FEDERAL DRUG ADMINISTRATION THAT STATES WHAT IS LEGAL AND WHAT IS PROHIBITED.

Because anyone can grow pot. Drug companies can't control it if everyone has their own pot garden.
