And prayed, asking for God to show me the truth on spirits and demons and who they are, and what to do about them. that night I had a dream that I was in this room full of Demons, scared to death and the fear getting worse by the moment, I was praying and telling the demons to get behind me, i am a child of the Lord etc, the more I payed the worse it got, then all of a sudden its like somebody took over and changed my prayer to " God please bless these lost souls, help them find some peace" and all of a sudden my fear was gone and I felt this huge weight lifted off of me.
What do you feel this dream was saying as a Christian, then I will tell you what it felt like it was telling me later.

Ok, when I was praying I was asking God about spirits, or deomons, what are they? spirits of the dead or demons, and to pleae show me the truth. In my first prayer in the dream, I was acting like they were demons, the 2nd prayer, that was showing me how to pray, said Lost souls. what does that tell you?

Prayer is first of all a powerful tool and its great that you are practicing this help for yourself...you asked GOD to help you see the truth and perhaps you were show it...and when you prayed it went away....GOD would not have sent actual demons to you, but GOD did use what you believe to be demons to show you that they arent to be prayed for or played with...
so again prayer is powerful...so use it wisely...pray for your family, friends, live and dead and to come...that is a more powerful way to use this wonderful tool: PRAYER...
so on that note you are now in my prayers for peace and that you spend you time and mind on the positive things around you everyday that show how beautiful the things are that come from GOD...flowers, animals, your parents, friends and etc...

You see, we are not trying to prove anything. God is a concrete reality to all who seek Him sincerely. God has answered your prayers and that's what we claim, that God answers all true seekers. Secondly what He revealed to you can only be known in full details by you and Him and whoever He chooses to make an interpreter. You were shown that love conquers all. Love conquers fear. The light of love dispels the darkness(demons). When you stood in the midst of your increasing fear and offered love and peace to these lost souls instead of fear, your fear was gone, and the heavy weight of fear dispersed.

Feel and Truth don't always mix well.
From my reading of the Bible, I understand that 2/3 of the angels are good, and 1/3 were kicked out of heaven.
I also understand that humans and angels are two different types of created beings.
For a demon (banished angel) to become a 'lost soul' doesn't match what I've read in scripture.
Perhaps the room was full of 'lost human souls' to begin with?
Regardless, if you've asked Christ to forgive all your sins, then I'm sure that he has taken that weight away, and take courage, he's already won the battle.

He was showing you the people that you will have under you to bring to Christ and also to pray for others,and not focus on yourself for what you do for others generally works out for you.The Lord does not giv us a spirit of fear but power Love and sound mind and you acted out in Love and so the devil had to leave,

1. We have nothing to fear, as long as we are with God. HE and HE ALONE is Almighty!
2. Most of us would see a demonically possessed person as evil, as someone to loathe and someone to fear. But in a sense we are ALL demonically possessed. Aren't we in bondage to sin? Don't we do things that we know are wrong? So, yes, the message is clear that just as we need prayer, so do these people! The devil is the true evil doer. We are at once his servant AND his victim. I say it again, we all need prayer. When we hate people who seemingly love the devil we miss a key point that they CAN BE SAVED and we should be praying for them! JUST as God tells us to love our enemy, we should love sinners at least enough to pray for them.
As Jesus hanged on the cross dying an agonizing death at the hands of some SERIOUS evil doers, He said, "Forgive them, father, for they know not what they do." That's a prayer for the lost! Your question reminds us all that we should do that more!

What turned the tide for you in your dream is that you lost your fear. You see they were feeding off of your fear. It is promised by God that we have power over all our enemies. You must not lose your faith. I think God kinda bailed you out this time , I think more faith is needed next time. But you did a wise thing in calling on the name of lord our God. Good work !!!

I'm curious as to know in what age range you are, for dreams are often revealed to the adults, and visions are revealed to the young, like myself. Not being a dream interpreter, I would have to say that this was a dream that goes to show that prayer, with help from the Holy Spirit, works.
*Ah, well, there you go. The Bible speaks the Truth yet again.
